WF Downloads is a module for XOOPS, XOOPS Cube and ImpressCMS used to set up a downloads section on websites. Unfortunately, its templates generate a hidden text link. Hidden text links are links that are invisible or hardly visible for human beings but visible for search engines. These can get a site removed from Google's index (source). Even if your site is not removed from Google's index, hidden text links may give search engines like Google, Yahoo or MSN a wrong idea of the content of your site, leading to less relevant traffic.
